Stu Luchs, The Luchs Group

The Luchs Group (TLG) - A hospitality consulting company transforming the travel industry to becoming a force for good. TLG’s emphasis is on providing a clear and attainable pathway for clients to become responsible, regenerative, transformative and successful leaders within their community and industry. TLG offers clients a unique hybrid of sustainable development practices guided by the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals and the Global Sustainable Tourism Council’s four pillar criteria, coupled with sales and marketing representation. The intended outcomes of TLG are to educate travel advisors on sustainable tourism’s best practices by introducing travel products which are dedicated to providing a transformational experience for all stakeholders. I have been able to take the Transformational Travel Council’s Design course material and combine it with my strengths in sustainability and background in the travel industry to better understand the products and services I wish to work with within The Luchs Group’s portfolio. Creating a space of compassion, purpose, equity, responsibility and transformation will advance the travel industry toward becoming a force for good.
