Signature Experience Design Program

Over six weeks and twelve live sessions, learn the complete TTC methodology through hands-on practice. Six modules take you from the Progression of Economic Value through journey mapping, persona development, HEART and PATH application, facilitation skills, and value proposition. You build a fully developed transformative experience design ready for implementation, peer-reviewed at every stage.

The 6 Learning Modules


Module 1: Travel Is Evolving

Explore how travel has progressed from commodities through goods, services, and experiences to transformations. Understand the $208B transformation market and where your current offerings fit within the Progression of Economic Value. Leave with clarity about the opportunity in front of you.

Module 2: Guiding Experiences


Assess your current and desired state using TTC’s foundational framework. Learn customer journey mapping, traveler coaching principles, and the Experience Development Canvas with its five stages: Insight, Intent, Interaction, Impact, and Iteration. Begin mapping your own offering.

Module 3: Diagnosing the
Traveler

Go beyond demographics to understand your travelers’ motivations, aspirations, and what they are truly seeking. Explore the seven transformative traveler types and develop deep traveler personas grounded in research and empathy.

Module 4: Priming for Success


Learn the HEART tool and PATH framework for preparing travelers to receive transformative experiences. Design pre-trip sequences, onboarding processes, and expectation-setting touchpoints that begin the growth before travelers ever leave home.

Module 5: Turning Sights into
Insights

Master facilitation techniques for guiding travelers from observation to meaning-making. Learn to hold space, ask powerful questions, navigate discomfort, and create the conditions for reflection that become lasting growth. This is the invisible art at the heart of transformation.

Module 6: Value & Potential


Integrate everything you have learned into a compelling value proposition. Learn to communicate the deeper value of transformative experiences to travelers, stakeholders, partners, and communities. Leave with language and frameworks that are authentically your own.

Format: 12 live sessions over 6 weeks. Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 8:00–10:00 AM PT

This cohort is demand-based: it requires 8 or more registrants by December 10th, 2026. Reserve your seat with a fully refundable $100 deposit. If the minimum is not reached, deposits are returned in full.

Your Path to Accreditation

The 6-Week Intensive counts as one of the two Level 400+ programs required for accreditation as a Transformative Experience Leader. Combined with two Level 300 programs (PATH workshops, HEART workshop, coaching series, or USC programs) and active TTC membership, the 6-Week positions you to submit your portfolio and earn your accreditation.

Accreditation unlocks free TTC membership, listing in the B2C Traveler Marketplace where travelers find you directly, and eligibility for Level 600 programming, including the Inner Circle Gathering, Council Membership, and hosting Spark Talks.
