As I entered the TTC Design Course, I came in with an open mind about where I might be able to add the most value in the Transformational Travel Movement based upon what I learned in the course. I listened to my peers and the different questions or challenges they posed, observed my own learning journey through the lens of my background in training and development, and considered how I could bring my skills in coaching and facilitating to the community. What I concluded was that there was a need to provide ongoing support for capstone project implementation, additional insights needed around the business aspects of delivering transformational travel experiences, and accountability around applying the concepts introduced in the course. Therefore, I decided my skills in program design, coaching, and facilitation could compliment the existing offerings and teachings through a Post-Course Mastermind Coaching Group. The desired outcomes are that course participants are more rapidly able to deploy capstone project ideas, accelerating the impact they desire to make as well as more quickly generating revenue opportunities for their business. We will re-visit course themes through this mastermind, supporting a deeper understanding of the core principles of Transformational Travel Design.
