Katherine is a travel writer who has visited 7 continents and all 50 US states in pursuit of a good story. She has written about adventure travel and far-flung destinations for National Geographic Traveller, Forbes, Architectural Digest, Business Insider, The Week, TripSavvy, & more. In her career as a journalist she has sailed the Drake Passage to Antarctica, camped in the Arabian Desert of Wadi Rum, trekked in the Himalayas of Nepal & hiked with gorillas in the Virunga Mountains of Rwanda. When not on the road (or up in the air) she is based in New York City.
