For alumni ready to move from design to launch, alongside a peer community doing the same work

The Capstone Wayfinder

You have completed the Signature Program, the Designing for Awe & Wonder Deep Dive, or arrived with a designed transformative experience of your own. The frameworks are internalized, the ideas have real momentum, and you have your clearest thinking yet about the experience you want to build.

Now it is time to actually build it. The Capstone Wayfinder is a standing, always-open community where you do that work, at your own pace, alongside other practitioners implementing the same thing.

How It Works

  • Rolling enrollment. Open to Signature Program and Awe & Wonder alumni, and to anyone with a designed transformative experience they want to implement.

  • Three-month minimum. Annual and month-to-month billing available.

  • Learning and connection running in parallel. A self-paced implementation path and two live calls each month for advice, accountability, and community. Two live calls each month on a fixed, predictable rhythm. Every member gets an accountability partner the moment they join, plus an always-on platform and a WhatsApp thread for real-time connection between calls.

Think of it like a city-tour bus: hop on, hop off. Everyone is on board for their own reasons, boarding and departing at different points, but they connect on the same platform, with the same guide, moving through the same terrain together.

Opportunities All Year Long

Phase 1: Ground the Work

1. Return to the Why. Reground in the purpose behind your capstone before you build the rest.

2. Map the Three Pillars. Locate your experience across Self, Others, and Systems & Nature.

3. Build the Pre-Trip Container. Design what happens before travelers ever arrive: onboarding, expectation-setting, priming.

Phase 2: Design the Journey

4. Design the P.A.T.H.. Structure the journey using Prepare, Adventure, Think, Honor.

5. Partner With Place. Develop reciprocal relationships with the community and land your experience touches.

6. Hold the Threshold. Design the moment of arrival and the container that holds the work.

Phase 3: Test & Refine

7. Design for Safety & Depth. Build the physical, emotional, and psychological safety that allows depth.

8. Handle the Logistics. Operationalize the details that make the experience actually run.

9. Test With Real Travelers. Pilot with real people, gather honest feedback, refine what is not working.

Phase 4: Launch & Continue

10. Build the Return. Design integration: how travelers carry the experience home.

11. Keep the Tribe Together. Sustain the community that formed during the experience.

12. Decide What Is Next. Assess what you have built and choose the next iteration or expansion.

Unsure If This Program is Right For You?

The Capstone Wayfinder is built for practitioners who already have a designed transformative experience in hand, whether it came from the Signature Experience Design Program, the Designing for Awe & Wonder Deep Dive, or your own independent design work, and who are ready to move from design into implementation.

If you're still developing the concept, or want to start with foundational frameworks first, the Signature Experience Design Program is often the better place to begin. If you want to deepen your work in a specific design area, the Designing for Awe & Wonder Deep Dive may be where to start.

Wherever you're coming from, book a conversation with Jillian and we'll find the right on-ramp together.
