Designing for Awe & Wonder: Design Deep Dive

Level 500: Harvesting | 5-Week Deep Dive

Research shows awe expands our sense of self, increases prosocial behavior, and creates conditions for the kind of perspective shifts that make travel transformative. Most experience designers rely on the destination itself to produce awe. This five-week deep dive teaches you to design for it intentionally: identifying awe triggers in your offerings, building micro-wonder moments into daily itineraries, and balancing planned elevation with spontaneous discovery. Facilitated by Jake Haupert, this is one of TTC’s most creatively demanding programs.
