I created this Capstone project as a means to share my personal journey from HR leader to becoming a travel entrepreneur transforming through travel, with the aim of inspiring and empowering women to step out of their comfort zones and explore new possibilities for personal growth and transformation. My intended outcome is to help women unlock their potential and pursue their dreams with confidence, courage, and resilience through travel. To achieve this goal, I applied the knowledge gained from the TTC, particularly the heart framework & the focus on both the inner and outer journeys, along with my own experiences of traveling and challenging myself outside of my comfort zone, to create unique and transformative travel experiences for other women. Through a carefully curated unique retreat support program, the Dream Catcher experiences are instrumental in supporting long-term transformation.
