Coffee & Connect: Accurate Location

Accurate location is TTC’s concept of establishing a truthful starting point before transformation can begin. It requires radical honesty about where you and your organization actually stand, not where you wish you were or where your marketing says you are. What changes in how you design when you start from where you truly are rather than where you aspire to be?

Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage

Level 500: Harvesting | 9-Day Immersive Pilgrimage

Walk the ancient pilgrimage route from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela, approximately 115 kilometers over 9 days. The Camino is a living laboratory for everything TTC teaches: you experience the complete PATH cycle in real time, walking 15 to 25 kilometers per day with a small group of fellow practitioners. The trail strips away distraction and creates the conditions for the kind of honest self-encounter that most professionals never make time for. You return to your work with renewed clarity about why you do it and deeper capacity to hold space for transformation in others.

What You Walk Away With:

A lived experience of the full PATH cycle. Deepened personal practice and facilitation capacity. Relationships with fellow practitioners that endure long after the trail. Many alumni describe the Camino as the experience that fundamentally changed how they approach their work.

Dates: May 22-30, 2026

Led by Jillian Dickens

Investment: €3,780 + flights | Walking Mentorship partnership

Designing for Awe & Wonder: Design Deep Dive

Designing for Awe & Wonder: Design Deep Dive

  • The Transformational Travel Council (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Research by Dacher Keltner at UC Berkeley demonstrates that awe reduces inflammation markers, increases generosity, expands time perception, and fosters connection to something greater than the self. Guests in awe-states spend more freely, perceive experiences as longer, and attribute greater value to their journey. Awe is a design objective with measurable outcomes.

Over five weeks, explore the eight sources of awe, the neuroscience of wonder, and how to design moments of elevation that dissolve boundaries between self and world. You will build a complete Awe & Wonder Design Guide for your specific context, peer-reviewed and refined through the cohort. Facilitated by Jake Haupert.

PATH Workshop: Prepare

The first stage of the PATH framework in depth. Prepare is where the journey truly begins: long before the traveler departs. This workshop teaches you to design the preparation phase: how to prime travelers for openness, set intentions without prescribing outcomes, and create the internal readiness that allows the experience to land. Most offerings begin with logistics. This workshop teaches you to begin with the person.

This workshop teaches you to design the conditions for genuine encounter, the moments where travelers move from observer to participant, from comfortable to stretched. You will learn to calibrate challenge, create safety within discomfort, and design threshold crossings that open people to what the experience has to teach them.

Integration Skills with Dr. Suzy Ross

Integration Skills with Dr. Suzy Ross

Dr. Ross’s primary research finding shows that the transformative and integrative journeys are interconnected, moving in the shape of an upright Figure-8. The upper loop is the visible hero’s journey, moving outward and upward. The lower loop is the integration process: private, often invisible, moving downward and inward. It is the half that most travel companies never address.

The resulting Figure-8 Model identifies nine phases of integration, from post-experience displacement through grief, disorientation, surrender, healing, rebirth, abundance, power, and integration, describing what reliably unfolds after powerful experiences and where transformation commonly stalls without skilled support.
