Beatrice Broda

Once a TV talk-show host and weather personality, she is dedicated to a career of producing, writing and hosting travel TV shows. She is a past president of the Society of American Travel Writers and is involved with the International Institute of Peace through Tourism. She has visited over 100 countries to create TV series such as “Passport to Adventure” (1990-1995), “Timeless Places” (1997-2002) and “Outta Town Adventures,” which is completing Season 5 and runs all over the world in seven languages. Bea’s chief objective is to communicate appreciation of a wide variety of cultures, lifestyle choices and belief systems. With degrees in Psychology, Theatrical Performance and Metaphysical Science, Bea is an ordained minister, has played the piano professionally and finds her zen in a kayak. She splits her time between Vancouver and Palm Desert, throwing a little Baja (Mexico) in between.
